On a trip to Turkey we learned of a mummified Egyptian queen more than five thousand years old, unearthed with a cache of gold and turquoise jewelry. Her story became the inspiration for these earrings. Delicate, hand-wound rows of golden wire suspend tiny turquoise-hued and golden beads in a shape that echoes the pyramids. French wires. 2" long.
